Personal data
The contact and quote request form collects the project type, project location, timeframe, name, email address and, optionally, a message. This information is used by authorised FPAOM POLYNÉSIE staff solely to respond to the request and, where appropriate, prepare a commercial proposal.
Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request. A prospective client's data is retained for no more than three years after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded or a legal obligation requires a different retention period.
You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and exercise any other applicable rights, by emailing contact@fpaom.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Intellectual property
The text, graphic elements, logos, photographs and projects presented on this website are protected. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, requires the prior authorisation of the relevant rights holder, unless a legal exception applies.
Cookies and security
The current version uses no advertising trackers or third-party audience measurement tools. Strictly necessary technical mechanisms may be used to secure the form and limit abusive submissions.
Liability
FPAOM POLYNÉSIE takes care to ensure the accuracy of the information published and may update it at any time. The specifications of each project remain subject to a technical study, site constraints and the applicable contractual approvals.
